Managing the Supervisor Relationship is a three hour workshop for postgraduate researchers. The session encourages postgraduate researchers to take an active role in managing the relationship they have with their academic advisors: while the focus is on establishing expectations and good communication, common problems are considered along with practical solutions. The session is focused on the individuals present, who will have the chance to explore their own situations.
